Everyday help from neighbors

Book a vetted, vouched-for neighbor for the things on your list. Here's what people on Birch can help with.

Birch opens to the public later in 2026. Become a founding member to hear from us first.

Services

  • Organizing: Get a closet, pantry, garage or playroom back under control with help from a neighbor who genuinely enjoys putting things in order.
  • Errands: When the to-do list is longer than the day, a neighbor can take care of the running around.
  • Gifts & Celebrations: Birthdays, holidays and the occasions in between are more fun when someone else handles the wrapping, decorating and cleanup.
  • Food & Kitchen: From a batch of cookies to a weeknight dinner or a backyard cookout, a neighbor who loves to cook can lend a hand.
  • Life Admin: The mail pile, the paperwork, the household records: a patient neighbor can help you sort it and set up a system that sticks.
  • Home & Garden: Keep the garden growing and the house running with help from someone who lives nearby.

How Birch works

  1. Pick a neighbor. Browse real profiles, prices and reviews from people in your town and nearby.
  2. Send a request. Choose a date and describe the job. Your card is saved, not charged.
  3. Pay when it's done. The job happens, you confirm, and payment is released. Then leave a review.
