Errand help in Ipswich and the North Shore
When the to-do list is longer than the day, a neighbor can take care of the running around.
Birch opens to the public later in 2026. Become a founding member to hear from us first.
What you can ask for
- Pickups and drop-offs
- Grocery and household shopping runs
- Returns and post office trips
- Pharmacy pickups
- Waiting at home for a delivery or appointment
- Picking up a gift or party supplies
How Birch works
- Pick a neighbor. Browse real profiles, prices and reviews from people in your town and nearby.
- Send a request. Choose a date and describe the job. Your card is saved, not charged.
- Pay when it's done. The job happens, you confirm, and payment is released. Then leave a review.
Trust, built in
- Vouched and verified: every provider is referred by an existing member and approved by a person before their profile goes live.
- Protected payment: your card is charged only after the job is done.
- Private by default: your address is shared only after a provider accepts, and you message on Birch.
Tips for a great visit
- Share a clear list with sizes, brands and substitutions.
- Say how you'll handle receipts and reimbursement before the errand starts.
- Bundle a few nearby stops into one booking.
